Dr. Brandse is from South Africa where he received his dental degree in 1980 at the University of Stellenbosch, and practiced until 1994, when he came to the United States. He then received C.A.G.S. and D.M.D. degrees at Boston University’s School of Dental Medicine, where he specialized in Prosthodontics and became a Clinical Professor in the Department of Restorative Dentistry and Biomaterials.

Dr. Brandse has focused his practice in the areas of restorative and implant dentistry and is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Massachusetts Dental Society and the American College of Prosthodontics. He welcomes patients from Boston, Somerville, Harvard Square and Cambridge, MA. Outside the office, Dr. Brandse tends to his five acres of vegetables, perennials and chickens.
