  • Why is your practice different?
    We are a large group of professionals specializing in a variety of primarily restorative dental procedures. However, we are able to design a comprehensive treatment plan for all your dental needs. No referrals to other dental practices are necessary. Our doctors are well trained professionals, practicing quality dentistry and performing at the highest professional level to ensure that each client receives the best individualized dental care possible. Our dentists are well connected to academia and are up to date on the advancements in the field.
  • Do you accept new patients?
    Yes, new patients are the lifeline of a thriving dental practice. We welcome new patients!!
  • Do you accept Insurance?
    We participate in Delta Dental and Blue Cross Blue Shield and for covered benefits, our patients are only responsible for their co-payment. For patients who are served by other insurance companies, we are willing to work with their insurance carriers to make the necessary arrangements to cover dental work. After establishing your predetermined benefits, we will inform you of the amount the insurance company will cover and what your out-of-pocket expense will be. Restorative Dental Group of Cambridge will process all the required paper work and will work with our clients to ensure that affordable and high quality dental work is completed.
  • How do I pay for my care?
    All forms of payment are accepted. Clients can opt to pay using insurance, credit cards, personal checks, and cash. Other payment options are also available. Clients can choose to make one payment, to which we offer a special discount, and then be billed for the balance at a later date. For other payment options please speak with our office manager, who is responsible for all payment matters.
  • Do I need to go to multiple offices for comprehensive care?
    No. Restorative Dental Group of Cambridge offers comprehensive care in a state-of-the-art facility. All specialty work as well as basic dental work is done in house.
  • Will my dental procedure hurt?
    Traditional dentistry oftentimes involves uncomfortable procedures. However, due to many advances in the field such as prophylactics and anesthetics, you can have a virtually pain-free dental procedure at our practice.
  • Do you have emergency coverage on weekends, evenings and holidays?
    Yes, because of the size of the group there is emergency coverage 24/7. Our regular business hours are Monday to Friday, 7am - 6pm. After regular business hours and on Saturdays, Sundays, and all public holidays we have an emergency coverage rotation. To access emergency dental service please call the regular office numbers. These lines will automatically be transferred to emergency staff cell phones and we will contact you shortly.
  • Can I have my teeth cleaned at your office?
    Absolutely! We have nine hygienists who are well-trained and highly experienced professionals. We will do our best to schedule your cleaning appointment at the time that is most convenient for you.
  • Is there a long wait for my first cleaning?
    No, we will do our best to accommodate your preferred appointment date and time.
  • What is interdisciplinary care?
    Interdisciplinary care refers to the availability of dentists with various specialties within our office and our ability to refer within our office to ensure that all of your needs are met. Our general dentist will ensure that appropriate coordination of care is conducted in order to guarantee you rapid, state of the art care.
  • How do I make an appointment?
    Please call our office during regular business hours to make an appointment. Our administrative staff, which consists of an office manager, an assistant office manager and four receptionists, will gladly schedule your appointment at a time that is convenient for you.
  • Can I refer my friends and family to the office?
    Absolutely! We appreciate referrals from our satisfied clients. It is your vote of confidence on the quality of our service and we appreciate it!
  • If I had no dental problems, can I still come for dental cleaning to your office?
    Absolutely! We offer comprehensive dental service, from basic cleaning to more complex surgical procedures. We regard all our patients as equally important and give the same standard of care to all.
